2025-26 Event and Reservation Request Form
Use this form for all events for the 2025-26 school year, including fundraisers, field trips, guest speakers, and building/campus reservation needs (both during and/or after school hours).  It is strongly recommended that you reference the school calendar prior to scheduling your event to avoid conflicts.

Please note that your request does not mean automatic approval. It will be reviewed and ultimately need approval by our Scheduling Team.  Typically, aside from last moment submissions or events that are in conflict with other activities, activities are approved within one business week.

Once your event is approved, it will show up on the school calendar.  Please continue to check in on the calendar to monitor your event status.
