Participant Booth Application
B-town Events will host its annual St. Paddy's Day Bash & Parade for the 4th year on Saturday, March 16th. The ongoing theme of the St. Paddy's Day Bash & Parade is green & luck of the Irish. We encourage attendees to dress in green and join us Downtown to enjoy bagpipes and other music, entertainment, beer, and a Golf Cart Parade.

EVENT DETAILS
-Saturday, March 16th, 5-10pm in Downtown Burlington

-Family Fun & Food Trucks 5pm-8pm
-Beer Garden 5-10pm (Davis Street)
-Parade 7pm

CRITERIA
-Applicant must be a Downtown Business (MSD) or Non-Profit Organization (501(c)3)
-Booth must be interactive (game/activity) and engage the crowd
-No items may be sold or raffled and NO fundraising is permitted (unless prior approval)
-Green/Irish is the theme. Please be sure to decorate your booth & wear green to the event.

FEES
-No fee to participate in this event, but must meet criteria outlined above. For profit businesses looking to participate should email ecrowley@burlingtonnc.gov for sponsorship information


APPLICATION PROCESS
-Applications are due by Friday, February 15th at 5:00pm

NEXT STEPS
-Decisions will be made and applicants will be notified via email the week of February 18th
