    Terms and Conditions

    In return for promotional support by the Canadian Federation of Students-Services (hereafter, CFS-Services) which may include discount publications, posters, flyers, web content and mobile application content, the participating business as outlined on this contract (hereafter, the Participating Business) agrees to participate in the ISIC/Studentsaver discount program, on the terms set out on the front of this agreement in respect of the businesses listed. The Participating Business agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Participating Business understands that ISIC/Studentsaver is a registered trademark of CFS-Services and that this agreement is with CFS-Services. CFS-Services reserves the right to deny participation. 2. The Participating Business agrees that we will not grant the offers and or concessions on the front of this agreement or more favourable discounts or concessions to the general public. 3. The Participating Business gives permission for ISIC/Studentsaver to mention in any of its advertising or promotional literature, brochures and directories, details such as name, trade category, merchandise and/or services sold and concessions available to ISIC/Studentsaver cardholders. 4. The Participating Business undertakes to familiarise all staff with the ISIC/Studetnsaver service, and undertake to refund any cardholder any discount she or he has failed to obtain in accordance with the terms of this agreement on purchasing goods or services from us, or to refund such discount to ISIC/Studentsaver if ISIC/Studentsaver has refunded such a cardholder. 5. The Participating Business understands that it may require the cardholder to present the card before the sale is entered, and may deny the cardholder the discount in the event that it is not. 6. The Participating Business agrees to exhibit the ISIC/Studentsaver decals in a prominent location on our premises. 7. The Participating Business agrees to accept all valid ISIC/Studentsaver cards, including (a) the Canadian Federation of Students-Services membership card and (b) the International Student Identity Card. The Participating Business will receive examples of eligible cards. The Participating Business further understands that we may require supplemental proof of student status in the case of (a) only.
