EXPECTATIONS 

ARC team readers will be sent a form to complete to confirm they wish to participate in a books ARC team (this is an opt-in form and you will not have to resubmit your reviewer details). The form will give details on key dates for the ARC campaign including estimated date the ARC will be sent, release date and review deadline. 

It is expected that ARC readers will leave a review on Amazon AND Goodreads (as a minimum) within 1 week of a new book release. (If you plan to review below 3* we ask that you let us know and post your review 2 weeks after release.) 

A review form will be sent for reviewers to submit the links to their reviews. Readers will be given a minimum of 14 days of ARC’s being sent to read the book and have reviews posted.

Promotional material for new releases will be shared with ARC readers, although sharing is appreciated it is not mandatory. 

Please note by completing this form it does not guarantee you a place on the permanent ARC team list.
