Are you ready to take your training to the next level? Do so with your membership to Lucid Motion's one-on-one training program. Whether you're looking for expert guidance in triathlon, running, or cycling coaching, Lucid Motion's got you covered. 

All athletes receive finely tailored and progressive endurance, strength & stretching packages delivered to their phones via the TrainingPeaks app. Lucid Motion is led by a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and NASM Personal Trainer. Athletes have access to unlimited communication & feedback, nutrition roundtable talks, discounted one-on-one nutrition coaching, nutritional supplement discounts and access to remote & in-person camps & clinics.
