ASB Support Request Form
Please fill out and submit this form a minimum of three (3) weeks before your event.
Your request will be reviewed by the ASB executive council and you will be notified at least one week prior to your event if your request has been approved.
If your event is approved and supported by ASB, the contact is responsible for removing banners, posters, and balloons at the end of the event.
Please note, unfortunately, there will be times when requests or parts of a request will not be able to be accommodated.
