Submitting an application does not guarantee a foster placement, this is a tool to determine if you are a good fit for an animal in need, and to  build a network of potential fosters for future animals in need.

I give MCHS permission to follow up on all provided information provided and will reach out to a landlord if applicable, and a vet reference.
