Welcome to the MAF Registration site.  ALL OPENINGS FOR MAF 2019 HAVE BEEN FILLED, but please go ahead and register and you will be placed on the priority list for next year.  Honoree selections are made on a first-come/first-registered basis.

MAF is open to all those who have served -- or are currently serving --  in the US Military which includes deceased Veterans, Fallen Heroes and Gold Star families, who have a connection to the City of Mission Viejo (either as a resident, through work, or having a friend/family member studying/working at MVHS).

Because each varsity player is paired up with a Veteran, the number of honorees selected each year is limited to the number of players on the team, which is around 72. Therefore, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT ONLY VETERANS WHO ARE NEW TO MAF REGISTER.  

The information that you submit on this form will be available ONLY to the MAF Committee and the City of Mission Viejo for future Veteran events.  We will not share any of your information with any other entity.
