Valencia LIVE! is back!
A FREE monthly neighborhood celebration spotlighting local businesses, live music, art, and all ages fun returns to Valencia street, starting May 14th. 

Valencia LIVE! is a program of the Valencia Corridor Merchants Association,  presented by Into The Streets with funding from the Civic Joy Fund. The event will take place from 5-10pm on Valencia Street on select blocks of the Valencia St. Corridor on the second Thursday of every month.  The goal is to activate the neighborhood, support local businesses and organizations, and attract new and returning visitors to the corridor and neighborhood.

Thursdays: May 14, June 11, July 9, Aug 13, Sept. 10, Oct. 8

DEADLINES FOR FOOD AND RETAIL VENDING IN THE STREETS: 
May 14 - Friday May 1
June 11 - Friday May 15
July 9 - Friday June 12
Aug 13 - Friday July 17
Sept. 10 - Friday Aug 14
Oct. 8 - Friday, Sept. 11
Vending fees will be waived for brick & mortar businesses based in the Mission neighborhood! 


FOR BUSINESSES IN THE EVENT FOOTPRINT, USE THIS FORM TO: 
  • Host a free activity or retail vending in the street in front of your business
  • Create an outdoor dining space in the street in front of your business
FOR BUSINESSES IN THE GREATER MISSION NEIGHBORHOOD, USE THIS FORM TO: 
  • Promote an event, deal or special you're hosting at your business
  • Apply to host an activity or do retail vending in the streets

Please note, for 2026, the Valencia LIVE! footprint will shift every two months to activate more of the corridor throughout the season: 
May 14 and June 11 → Valencia St. btwn 16th–19th
July 9 and Aug 13 → Valencia St. btwn  17th–20th
Sept. 10 and Oct. 8 → Valencia St. btwn 18th–21st
