Confirmation Service Log
Because service is an important aspect of Christian life, we kindly ask that all Confirmation candidates obtain 12 service hours during their preparation process. We will offer two service opportunities, one in the Fall and one in Spring. These service opportunities will not cover the 12 hours, but will put a good dent in the requirement.

What you do for your service hours is up to you. You could volunteer at a the church, at a local non-profit, or even in your own home. When considering ways to obtain service hours, please keep in mind a few things:
1) Service is not something you get paid for
2) Service is not something that is already part of your routine (i.e. If you have already been an altar server for four years, that's part of your routine)
3) Service is for someone else other than yourself (i.e. "I brushed my teeth without my mom asking me." is not service
