What You Can Expect from Building Pathways
At Building Pathways, we are committed to your success, well-being, and personal growth. As a valued client, here is what you can expect from us:
 
1. Dedicated Pathway Coach: You will be paired with a dedicated Pathway Coach who will mentor, guide, and advocate for you throughout your journey with us.
 
2. Career Development: Together with your Pathway Coach, you will create a personalized career development plan that aligns with your interests and aspirations in the construction trade industry.
 
3. Comprehensive Services: Through our partnerships with non-profit organizations, we provide access to additional support in areas such as mental health, housing, financial assistance, and more.
 
4.  Personal Growth: We offer workshops, training, and resources to support your personal growth, focusing on areas such as mental health, financial well-being, and self-worth.
 
5. Stipend: You will receive a stipend of $2 per hour for your dedicated work on construction job sites, supporting your financial stability as you grow your career.
 
6. Gas Reimbursement: We provide gas reimbursement to help offset your transportation costs, ensuring you can fully engage in your construction job and attend essential program activities.
 
7. Support Network: Building Pathways connects you with a supportive network of like-minded individuals, all striving for success and personal growth.
 
8. Open Communication: We encourage open and honest communication between you and your Pathway Coach to address your unique needs and challenges.

Responsibilities as a Building Pathways Client:
As a client of Building Pathways, you will have certain responsibilities to ensure your personal and professional growth. Please review and acknowledge your commitment to the following responsibilities:
 
1. Attendance and Engagement: I understand that regular attendance at work and active engagement in assigned tasks on construction job sites are essential for my success.
 
2. Respect and Fair Treatment: I will treat my colleagues and supervisors with respect and professionalism and expect to be treated fairly and equally in return.
 
3. Career Planning: I am committed to working with my Pathway Coach to identify my trade interests and establish a career development plan.
 
4. Personal Growth: I will actively participate in personal development sessions, workshops, or programs recommended by my Pathway Coach.
 
5. Compliance: I will adhere to all program guidelines, policies, and procedures set forth by Building Pathways.
 
6. Regular Check-Ins: I will attend regular check-in meetings with my Pathway Coach to discuss my progress and any challenges I may face.

7. Honest Communication: I will communicate openly and honestly with my Pathway Coach about my personal needs and challenges. *
