Research Databases
Dear Researcher,

We're conducting a short survey on behalf of Jisc to look at the development of research databases in UK Higher Education. We are specifically interested in understanding how researchers themselves construct and use databases to host their own research findings, whether for personal or research group use, or with the intention of providing online access to the public.

This survey is *not* interested in the use of existing databases to find information, such as those provided by libraries, publishers, or specialist data repositories.

The results of the survey will inform Jisc decision making with regards to offering research database services, particularly in the context of new funder expectations relating to research data management.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Do you ever structure the data that you collect/generate in the course of your research in a database?
