Q: Can I choose what food we want in the Mobile? A: Yes and no. We purchase what is available from the Ontario terminal and or farmers. We will work with you to make sure there is a nice selection.
Q: How much does it cost to have the Mobile Market come to my event? A: Price list:
Half Day Events, 3 – 4 hours: $750Full Day Events: $1000+ licensing or vendor fees
This includes a driver and helper as well as selected produce.
Should event organizers wish to have the mobile offer produce for free at events.
Half Day: $500 + the price of produceFull Day: $750 + the price of produce
+ licensing or vendor fees+ The price of produce to be determined – wholesale cost.
Q: Do you require power with your set up? A:We do not require power to run our truck.
Q: Do you offer a discount to non-profits?A: We would love to but as a non-profit we have to ensure that all of our costs are covered.
Q: Do you carry only Local products?A: We carry a mixture of local and imported produce. If you would like something special, we can talk about that.
Q: Do you buy directly from local farmers ?A: Yes we do. We also buy indirectly from local farmers through the Ontario Food Terminal
Q: Can a community members pay by credit cards or debit and FoodShare coupons?A: At this time we do not have the option to pay by credit or debit.But you can pay by FoodShare offered coupons.
Q: Is the produce handled in a nut free facility ?A: No
