Unprecedented actions are being taken across the country to reduce the spread of COVID-19, a virus that
spreads by close contact​. TriCities Education Association for Christian Homeschoolers has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

This Release of Liability is to cover the participation of the individuals listed below for events and activities, excluding sports, which have a separate waiver, with TEACH for the 2020-2021 school year.

With the understanding that this is not the optimal environment for anyone involved, TEACH requires everyone to help by only participating in events and activities when an individual is symptom-free.

I understand that symptom-free includes being free of fever or cough and also includes the ever-evolving list of additional symptoms listed by the CDC.

I voluntarily participate in TEACH activities and I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending events or activities.

I understand that this release discharges TEACH from any liability or claim, and holds TEACH harmless, that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against TEACH with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any participation in activities or events.

This liability waiver and release extends to TEACH together with all leaders, board members, coaches, volunteers, and families of TEACH.
