Friday, 9/22/2017 @ 12:00 - 1:00PM
Location: Digital Scholarship Lab, The Rock
Kabob and Curry served!

Join us with Brown alum and founder, Lauren Calahan '82 for a discussion about her career, how she navigates the entrepreneurial process through her own startup, and how you can create exponential change. Lauren is the founder of LEAP4Change, a non-profit that coaches students how to be accountable leaders, agents for local and global change, and create their own personal marketing and branding portfolio.

Lauren will dive into her personal journey and answer questions like: How did she discover her passion for entrepreneurial education? Did she always want to be a teacher? What lessons did she wish she knew before starting her journey? Then she will provide you with some key questions and approaches to help guide you through your own journey of searching for solutions to chronic issues that you know exist but are not integrated into the fabric of our communities or society. What is already a part of your life that if you connected with more intentionality, it might strengthen yourself, your community at Brown, or your world?
