Report Work Issues
Denver Public Library Workers United is dedicated to using collective action to improve our working lives. Fulfilling this commitment in a large and fragmented organization requires us to have information about working conditions and/or culture that negatively impact our staff and that have been ignored, mishandled or even enacted by leadership.
Fill out the form below to tell our Organizing Committee about issues at your location/in your department that you'd like us to be aware of. This is not a substitute for other channels of conflict resolution at work. This form allows us to collect information for union documentation and which we could potentially raise with DPL leadership in our efforts to take collective action to improve our workplace. We will keep personally identifying information confidential should you choose to provide it.
Please complete this form on non-work time using non-work devices. No fields are required. There is no limit to the number of times you can fill out this form; please fill out a separate form for each issue.
