Denver Public Library Workers United is dedicated to using collective action to improve our working lives. Fulfilling this commitment in a large and fragmented organization requires us to have information about working conditions and/or culture that negatively impact our staff and that have been ignored, mishandled or even enacted by leadership.

This is not a substitute for other channels of conflict resolution at work. This form allows us to collect information for union documentation and which we could potentially raise with DPL leadership in our efforts to take collective action to improve our workplace.
