This annual scholarship has been given out for more than a decade to deserving relatives of active MSAA and MSAA Auxiliary members. It is funded from a portion of the proceeds of the annual Conference and Show Fun Auction. To qualify, you must:
➪be accepted to or currently pursuing a degree at a post-secondary institution (college, university or trade school), ➪have a relative who is an active member of the MSAA or MSAA Auxiliary, and ➪not previously been awarded this scholarship.
As part of the application you will upload the following documents:
➪a list of your academic honors and community service, as applicable,
➪current transcript (does not need to be official)
➪a 500-800 word personal statement summarizing what you’ve learned from your experience in the auction profession and/or what you would do with the scholarship funds (all names or business names that would identify the applicant or their active MSAA member relative should be removed so that the Scholarship Committee is able to review the content of the essay while avoiding any prejudice or bias),
➪proof of acceptance or enrollment to a post-secondary degree program (acceptable forms of proof of enrollment include your current course schedule, a current transcript, a current sports roster, or current student ID; an acceptable form of proof of admission is a copy of the acceptance letter/email from the institution), and
