I acknowledge that I have been made aware that the Parish Religious Education Program has a Parent Handbook and that a copy of the Handbook, in electronic and/or paper form, has been made available to me for review. I acknowledge that I understand that it is my responsibility to read the Handbook and familiarize myself with the policies contained. I agree to comply with all the policies and procedures applicable. Questions about the Handbook may be directed to the Director of Religious Education.
I further understand that changes may occur in the Handbook. I agree to comply with the policies contained in the Handbook as well as any updates or changes to the policies and procedures contained in the Handbook.
