2019 NCHO Scholarship Form
NCHO Scholarships are offered throughout the year to deserving members of NCHO in each of the following categories. To be eligible for a Scholarship, candidates must follow the criteria for the specific award and submit the application and any required supporting documents.

Scholarship Eligibility:

All NCHO members are eligible to apply for the general scholarships that are offered. Scholarship decisions are made by a group of the organizations Past Presidents. All decisions are based on financial need and how attendance at any of the listed conferences will impact the professional development of the individual applying.

Scholarships currently accepting applications:

NCHO Annual Conference

HBCU (2 Scholarships) – Candidate must be full time professional representing an institution identifying themselves as a “historically black college or university.”

Small College (2 Scholarships) – Candidate must be a full time professional representing an institution with total enrollment of less than 3,000.

Graduate (6 Scholarships) - Candidate must be full/part time graduate students employed by a Housing/Residence Life Department.

Undergraduate (1 Scholarship) – Candidates must be an undergraduate student that is employed by a Housing/Residence Life Department or who serves in a leadership capacity in a Residence Hall Association. Candidates must be an undergraduate student who is exploring Higher Education as a profession.
