Camp Crosspoint Staff Application
"Expect Great Things from God; Attempt Great Things for God." William Carey.
This summer we are expecting God to do great things at Camp Crosspoint. We had a great year and believe God is going to move in a mighty way in 2018. Thus, we will be attempting great things for God this summer and we need those who dare to dream and dare to step out of their comfort zone for the Gospel. We need staff who love God and love people. Who are passionate about missions, mentorship, and the Gospel. We are looking for those who desire to learn and desire to serve. If you are looking for a place to serve and be stretched maybe Camp Crosspoint is for you.

This application is to help us to get to know you better and to help us better understand your beliefs and background. Please fill out this application with complete honesty. All information on this application is confidential and used only to determine your compatibility with Camp Crosspoint summer training program known as T.E.A.M (Team is an acronym for teaching others, encouraging others, activating others, mentoring others). The counselors for the summer and the staff of Camp Crosspoint are a team and we will work as a team. We are one body working together for the Glory of God. There cannot be any division among this team, so you must be able to work well with others. Please note this is not an easy job and a lot will be required and expected of you as a counselor. If you feel that you are up to the challenge please pray through joining our team and fill out the following information and submit it to Camp Crosspoint.

Finances (applies to only college students and students who just graduated): Camp Crosspoint staff will work with those counselors who join us all summer (must be a college student or just graduated high school) to raise money to help the counselor receive financial support. We will help those who serve all summer draft a letter to send to friends, family, and others for support. The counselor will receive a max of $2,000.00, any amount over that will be used at the discretion of Camp Crosspoint staff to help camp. All counselors will be paid according to the amount they raise. If you have any questions about this please email staff at camp@campcrosspoint.org. You do not have to receive funds to work camp, you can volunteer if you so desire.
