MIL101 'Implementing National Security: Perspectives on Military and Foreign Service Careers' - 18 Sept (12:15pm - 1:20pm) - Robertson Bowl 16
Join us for our first event this year in the MIL 101 series. We will be hearing from junior officers in the military services as well as the State Department, answering any questions that you have. This lunch will host an officer in the U.S. Naval Aviation community, a US Coast Guard Search and Rescue pilot, a Marine Infantry officer, and a Foreign Service officer who most recently served in Pakistan.

About CISS MIL 101:
The Military 101 Lunch-timer series raises awareness and understanding of what services the military and its respective branches provide for our country’s national security and provides a background in basic “military literacy” for students who would like to learn more about the military, but may not have the background to feel comfortable with military terminology, operations, and culture.
