Registration for Transformative Education Hub 2025

Calling all transformative educators and youth organisers! We're hosting an in-person residential to bring together youth camp organisers and transformative educators in order to exchange ideas, discuss approaches and make connections for future projects. In this first year for Transform-Ed, we're particularly interested in people involved in UWC short courses. This is a residential course with accommodation and all meals provided.

Dates: 14-18 May 2025

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany (1h from Frankfurt Airport FRA)

Participation fee: 100 EUR (can be waived if necessary, please get in touch)

Travel costs can be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ standard travel costs. For more information on how travel reimbursements will work or to see if applies to you, please go to this document.

This residential is going to build on the skills that participants bring, and we're particularly interested in using the wealth of experience and knowledge that you all bring. Some examples might include:
  • Lead a workshop usually run at your course
  • Explain the process that you have complete to secure Erasmus+ (or similar) funding for your project
  • Facilitate a workshop on a common challenge for youth education projects
