We are proud to say that we make no claims about the “right” way to practice or not to practice Judaism. Our job is to help you explore the tradition and find your own place - on your terms - in Judaism’s Great Conversation (and to make sure you have a good time doing it!).
We will have 10 sessions* total over the 7 weeks - 7 group discussions,, 1 Social Event, 1 Shabbat experience, and 1 one-on-one coffee date with a JLF staff member.Group discussions will be on Thursdays in the Student Center between 10:55-11:55 am (lunch will be included). The dates of the discussions will be 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15. The Social event will be on Sunday 2/11, and the Shabbat experience will be on Friday 3/10 (Dinner). The one-on-one coffee date will be scheduled personally with the JLF staff member.
In order to receive the $150 stipend, you must be present at all JLF sessions.
*If any of the dates pose a problem for your schedule, but you still want to do the program, please email our JLF Educator - firstname.lastname@example.org
