ABOUT US! (who, what, why of NYRAC+)
NYRAC+ is a collective of emerging and advancing New York City residential real estate agents. As an auxiliary community of NYRAC, we are committed to maintaining professional integrity and high ethical standards while supporting each other’s individuality, creativity, and growth. We aim to elevate our industry by providing mentorship programming, cultivating positive networking, and realizing opportunities to share ideas and maximize resources.

New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC) has created the NYRAC+ Program to help real estate agents grow within the business and gain critical insights from industry veterans. This program is committed to amplifying diversity and inclusion within the industry by fostering new talent from various backgrounds to build a stronger, more inclusive real estate brokerage community.

**NYRAC+ is currently limited to a total capacity of 130 Members**
Qualifications for NYRAC+ Membership:
1) 2+ years in the NYC real estate industry.

2) At least $5M in total production OR 25+ total rental/sales transactions (*varying in specific cases and from any side of the deal).

We will be following up with interested applicants to submit:

3) A letter of recommendation from a manager, team leader, a current NYRAC member, or two separate agents you’ve recently done a deal with.

4) 100 words about why you want to be a part of our community (we feel this is a particularly important part of the application).

Benefits of membership include the opportunity to engage with and be mentored by high-achieving industry colleagues who share the goal of elevating best practices among real estate sales professionals, a peer-to-peer network, and the ability identify oneself as a “NYRAC+ Member,” and use NYRAC+ logos on marketing materials, business cards, websites and other similar materials. 
NYRAC+ Expectations
We require that members attend at least two NYRAC+ meetings or events during a twelve-month period following the approval of their application and payment of dues. Such attendance will be required every twelve-month period thereafter.
Membership Dues
Annual NYRAC+ Membership dues are $300. Dues are accepted on a rolling basis and are valid for one year from date of payment. We anticipate accepting NYRAC+ Membership dues beginning in January of 2020.
