SENSORS 2024: Workshop Proposal
IEEE SENSORS Workshops promote informal discussion of an active research area, acting as forums for researchers interested in a specific topic. We encourage proposers to focus on formats that encourage discussion and participation. Workshops are normally offered by two or three presenters. Proposers are asked to ensure technical diversity (e.g., academic and industrial, different skill sets, or different organizations), and background diversity and inclusion in their proposed event.

Workshops are intended to highlight topics of importance to the sensors community and facilitate efforts to tackle the relevant challenges. The audience is usually a mix of students as well as early-career and established researchers and engineers. Workshops can run for half-day (three 50-minute sessions with breaks) or full-day (five 50-minute sessions with breaks). The Conference will provide the meeting room and presentation equipment.

The Conference Organizing Committee will evaluate proposals and make decisions based on:
i. The relevance and quality of the proposed event;
ii. The event’s format and likelihood of creating an engaging intellectual environment;
iii. The inclusiveness of the event to people with different backgrounds and expertise.

Deadline: 29 April, 2024 @ 23:59 AoE
