By accessing or using the GEBRA platform provided by 3billion Inc. (“3billion”), you (“User”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

 1. All information, data, and materials shared through GEBRA are confidential and belong to 3billion.
 2. You will not share, copy, disclose, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of GEBRA.
 3. GEBRA may only be used for evaluation or research purposes approved by 3billion, not for commercial use.
 4. You will protect GEBRA and related data from unauthorized access and immediately notify 3billion if any breach occurs.
 5. You will not upload any patient-identifiable or sensitive data without 3billion’s prior written approval.
 6. When your access ends or upon 3billion’s request, you will stop using and delete all related information.
 7. These obligations remain valid for three (3) years after access termination or until a full NDA is signed.
 8. This notice does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.
 9. 3billion may take legal or injunctive action if these terms are violated.
 10. This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in Seoul, Korea.
