This is a pilot project to measure the impact of reduction in hours, so it may not be permanent.
We are measuring the impact on our students needs for late night hours.
We are also measuring this impact on our reduced library staffing and security budget.
The data we collect, including the number of patrons each evening between the hours of 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. and student feedback, will be shared with the Provost’s Office to evaluate the best hours and alternative ways to meet students late-night study needs.
