Whether you’re interested in volunteering as a group, scheduling a field trip, hosting a farm tour or planning an event, this form helps us learn more about your group and how we can create a meaningful experience together. We welcome companies, schools, nonprofits, and community groups of all sizes. Please complete the form below, and our team will follow up to confirm details, availability, and any next steps.

To ensure we have enough time to prepare, all requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks before your desired date. We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Please note that group experiences include a fee to cover planning and staff time.

Note for Youth/School Groups: Volunteers must be aged 13 or older to volunteer in the farm fields and produceboxing. Middle and High School students, ages 13 to 17, MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian/chaperone for any experience at the farm.

Fees for Group Volunteering and Farm Tours, for groups of 10+:

$500 - 5-10 volunteers
$1000 - 11-20 volunteers
$1650 - 21-30 volunteers
$2500 - 31-39 volunteers
$3500 - 40 or more volunteers

Fees for Field Trips: We assess the fee for Field Trips according to your needs and staff availability. A minimum of $500 will be applied.

Fees for your Events: Based on the availability of our gathering spaces at the farm, we are able to host your planned events. Fees are calculated based on your overall use of the space, access to amenities and rentals and event timing. A minimum of $500 will be applied.

Experiences at Veggielution include a fee to cover staff time and preparation. Fees are subject to change.

Some groups choose to contribute more than the minimum fee as part of their charitable giving. We are also able to work with community organizations and school groups to make fees more accessible if they primarily serve community members in East San Jose.
