No duplicate organizations will be allowed.
(ex: Avon, Scentsy, handmade items) Acceptance will be determined by FIRST PAYMENT RECEIVED.
FOOD VENDORS: Only one vendor per featured / main entree will be allowed.
All FOOD VENDORS must show food handlers permits and business license. Deadline for Health Permit is 09/01/19

Glass bottled drinks may not be sold. *

Please select which booth size you will need:
Booths spaces will be numbered and assigned to each vendor. An email will be sent out the week before the event with your booth number.
You are responsible to bring any necessary supplies needed to operate your booth.
(tables, chairs, shade, tie downs, and extension cords if requesting power, etc.)
ALL VENDORS must be set up by 11AM.
The parade starts at 11am on Columbia Ave. blocking access to the park.
You MAY NOT take down/remove your booth until 4 PM! **If you take down your booth BEFORE the end of the event, you WILL NOT be asked to return next year.** *

You will receive an email once your payment as been received, the email will confirm that we have received your payment to hold your spot as a vendor for the Fall Festival.
Will you need a receipt of payment for your records? *
In consideration of this entry, participants agree to permit Connell Fall Festival the use of their names and pictures for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connections with the event and give permission to publish or other use of said photographs to Connell Fall Festival. All publicity and advertising rights are hereby reserved by Connell Fall Festival.

Connell Fall Festival reserves the right to restrict vendors to acceptable behavior during any and all events/activities. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the Connell Fall Festival considers objectionable to the event’s well-being. In the case of any eviction or restriction, Connell Fall Festival will NOT refund vendor fees.

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, vendors, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Connell Fall Festival, the State of Washington, Franklin County, the City of Connell, the Chamber of Commerce, directors, trustees, employees, representatives, volunteers, and servants, and anyone else connected with the Connell Fall Festival of and from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims for any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant’s person or property.

Further, each entrant expressly agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnity and hold harmless all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies, of and from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants under the direction or control of entrants. Entrants must be 18 years of age or have signed parent or legal guardian permission.

Entry Fees:
Retailing/Commercial $20.00 (10x10 no power) OR $40 (10x20 no power) per day
Vendors needing power $50 (10x10 w/power) OR $70 (10x20 w/power) per day
Food Booth / Concessions $50.00 (no power) per day
Food Booth / Concessions needing power $80 (w/power) per day

Booth Space: Each space will be approximately 10’ X 10’ (unless requested otherwise). You will need to bring any necessary supplies needed to operate your booth. (tables, chairs, shade, tie downs, extension cords if requesting power, etc.)

Participants agree to not park on the grass without permission.
Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted via the email given above to confirm your application was accepted. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
