Thank you for reaching out about hosting your book club at Sunday Bookshop! Please read our policies regarding book club events and reach out if you have any questions. If you agree to the policies, please check the box stating that you agree and then continue on to the questionnaire so we can learn more about your group.
- All book clubs must receive written approval from Sunday Bookshop of the event date and time before it is considered “accepted.” We ask for at least two weeks notice, but exceptions can be made.
- Book clubs can be attended by no more than 15 people due to capacity restrictions. For groups larger than 15, we can set up multiple dates to accommodate or are willing to discuss outdoor options.
- There is a $75 booking fee required for all events. Additionally, your club will receive 10% off all merchandise during the time of the event.
- Book clubs may provide whatever food and beverages they would like (including wine). Please be respectful by staying away from messy food items and we ask that no hard liquor is consumed.
- We reserve book clubs in 1.5 hour windows beginning no earlier than 6pm and ending no later than 9:00pm.
- If you’re unable to attend your scheduled meeting, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of your booking fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the meeting will not receive a refund.
