AHS Alumni Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The  Albertville City Schools Foundation Selections Committee invites nominations for candidates for the AHS Alumni Hall of Fame. This distinguished award honors individuals whose deeds and character exemplify outstanding achievement in their life’s work and/or service to their communities. The honoree’s spirit and leadership are worthy of recognition and have inspired praise and gratitude among his or her peers.

NOMINATION DEADLINE IS Sept. 1, 2026!

Follow the ACS Foundation on Facebook for information about the next Hall of Fame awards luncheon.

Eligibility Requirements:

•   The recipient must have graduated from Albertville High School or attended Albertville City Schools for at  least 10 years.

•   The recipient has been recognized for a high level of achievement in his/her field.

•   The recipient has demonstrated leadership, character and service in his/her community. 

•   Nominations for posthumous awards are also accepted. 


Selection Process:
Please note that all nominations are taken into consideration by a secret selections committee made up of a diverse cross section of AHS Alumni selected by the Albertville City Schools Foundation board of directors. All nominations are kept for reconsideration in future years.
