Anxiety-Relief Movement Workshop
"I've been wanting to share this for a little over a year now. I want to share how movement and dance have been therapeutic and healing for me.
Drawing inspirations from contemporary dance, philosophy, reverse psychology, hustle, kizomba, acting exercises and my great friend Alex Milewski, I'm structuring this specifically for those who are not familiar with dance and, in a way, that's where dance in its purest form can emerge because it is not bound by foundation.
Whatever your baggage is - climate anxiety, isolation, decision fatigue, etc - bring it. This dance is for you and no one else. "

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Could even be pajamas and I say this with a serious face. I will recommend shoeless. Socks or no socks up to you, but I recommend shoeless.
Free entry - donations appreciated to cover space rental. High school age and up.
