Invitation Letter Questionnaire

Mesopartner can send you an invitation letter for your Germany visa application to participate in the Mesopartner Summer Academy from 1 - 5 July in Berlin.  Please ensure you first complete the application form before completing this form.

  • A Schengen visa application process can take up to 8 weeks, so please apply as soon as possible.
  • Ensure that your passport is valid for six (6) months after your travel dates.
