FLAGGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Pass a drug screen and valid driver's license (with MVR background check) and able to operate a vehicle. If you do not have a valid license, you may still apply, but it will affect the amount of hours available due to not being able to drive a company vehicle for jobs). Be on time for work. Set up and maintain a safe work zone with traffic control equipment (training/certification will be provided if not currently certified). Able to multi-task and control traffic with stop/go paddles. On feet for long hours and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to handle all weather conditions. Take direction from job foreman and work well with others. 48 hours notice to be off due to scheduling of jobs. Stay off phone and out of vehicle. IF HIRED: All Flaggers must be ATSSA Certified to flag traffic. If you are not certified, we will pay for your certification class. You will be required to continue employment for 6 months or you will be responsible to pay back the certification fees. All new employees will be on a 60-day probation period.
