1. பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம் is a LIVE Tamil Debate for kids age from 6 years to 15 years old on Tamil America TV. By filling this information and expressing desire to participate in this Tamil America TV's Children's Debate show பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம், each participant and parents of minor participants understand and agree that Tamil America TV assumes absolutely no responsibility including but not limited to any damage or injury or loss of any kind/form due to  submission of application, information, photographs, videos, the use of  video contents by organizers or any unforeseen loss by participating in Tamil America TV's event or any competitions.
2. Participants & parents also understand and agree, Tamil America TV organizers have the right to make any modifications in the பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம் event or  competition rules or/and modify or cancel any event any time without any notification.
3. Each participant is responsible for the words and behavior on LIVE TV show. Tamil America Organizers will not be responsible for any copy right violations by participants or by any visual or written contents used by participants.
4. By participating in பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம், the participant gives complete consent and right to Tamil America and its producers to live-cast, post, edit and publish the பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம் show videos on Tamil America TV and its partner’s  channels including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Google page etc.
5. All பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம் events videos  recorded as part of this பாலகர் பட்டிமன்றம் show will be property of Tamil America TV and Tamil America TV will re-telecast or repost the videos  and reuse as required for Tamil America’s other programs and promotions. Participants need to obtain written approval for reuse of any video contents produced for and during Tamil America TV's programs and events. Tamil America TV reserves the right to monetize the visual content and participants of the events or programs agree that they don't have any right on the content monetized.
6. By participating in this Tamil America TV show, each participant and parents also wave, discharge claims and release from any liability Tamil America & its organizers. Each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America TV is not responsible for any damage or loss happens in anyway by participating in any of our event/show/competition and participant agrees to hold Tamil America & its organizers harmless.
7. Tamil America TV and its organizers reserves the right to determine eligibility of any participant applied,  accept, reject or disqualify any application received without notifying the participants.
8. Selected participants  should be available for audition, rehearsal, pre-recording and LIVE performance as per requirement. Anyone not showing up for any of our preparation and pre-production activities will be eliminated from our participant's list.        
9. By participating in this Tamil America TV's Competitions, Celebrations, Events and Programs, each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America TV assumes absolutely no responsibility including but not limited to any damage or injury or loss of any kind/form due to  submission of videos, photographs, or written material, the use of  video contents, photographs or written contents by organizers or any unforeseen loss by participating in the competitions, programs, events and celebrations.
10. Participants also understand and agree, Tamil America TV organizers have the right to make any modifications in the events, programs or competition rules or/and modify or cancel any event, program or  competition any time without any notification.
11. Each participant is responsible for the visual content shared on the program or competition videos. Tamil America TV Organizers will not be responsible for any copy right violations by videos submitted by participants.
12. By participating in Tamil America TV's competitions, programs, events and celebrations, each participant gives complete consent and right to Tamil America TV and its producers to live-cast, post, edit and publish the videos on Tamil America TV and its partner’s  channels including but not limited to Tamil America TV website, Application, Social Media groups, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Google page etc.
13. By expressing interest to participate in Tamil America TV’s competitions, programs, events and celebrations, parents of minor children understand and give complete consent and right to Tamil America TV and its organizers to publish kid’s photograph on our event flyers, videos on our event promotional videos and use the photograph and videos submitted in future Tamil America TV’s programs and events.
14. All the photographs, written content,  video entries submitted for any program, event, celebration or competition will be property of Tamil America TV and Tamil America TV will re-telecast or repost the photographs, audio, written contents or videos submitted for events, programs or competition and reuse as required for Tamil America TV's other programs and promotions without any notification to participants.
15. By participating in Tamil America TV's  competition, celebration, event and program,  each participant also waves, discharges claims and releases from any liability Tamil America TV & its organizers. Each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America TV is not responsible for any damage or loss happens in anyway by participating in any of Tamil America TV's events, programs, competitions and participant agrees to hold Tamil America TV, its management team & its organizers harmless.
16. Tamil America TV and its organizers reserves the right to determine eligibility of any photograph, written content or video submitted and disqualify any entry without notifying the participants.
17. Tamil America TV reserves the right to make any modification on programs, competitions and events.
18. Tamil America TV participants agree that participants and partners will be liable for the losses to Tamil America TV by not showing up for preparations, rehearsal,  or uninformed absent or failure to cooperate in any previously agreed or scheduled Tamil America TV's shows, programs, competitions and celebrations.
19. Participants and parents of minor participants agree that they will not hold Tamil America TV and our organizers liable for any unforeseen losses.
