In-person Acupuncture Visits. We will always schedule sufficient time to thoroughly discuss your
healthcare and to receive treatment.
Re-evaluations. We re-evaluate patients at regular intervals. These appointments require additional
time both during and outside of scheduled appointments.
Virtual Acupuncture or Herbal Consultations. Your time is valuable, and so you may choose to receive
certain care virtually via telephone, email, or video. We consider Virtual Consultations a vital part of
your membership and we are swift to respond to your needs.
Provider Access. You will have unlimited access to our providers through email and
phone communications.
Chinese Herbal Consults. You will have unlimited access for Chinese herbal consults which
will improve your health and may reduce your need for in-person acupuncture visits. These
herbal consults do not include the cost of Chinese herbs or herbal formulas.
Add-on Services. Services such as tuina, cupping, gua sha, craniosacral, or abdominal massage
will be included in your membership, and you will no longer have to pay for these types
of add-on treatments.
Coordination of Care. If your care requires the services of medical specialists outside of our office,
we will make every effort to source the appropriate referral for you and process the referral expediently.
Once the specialist consultation is complete, we will continue to work with your specialists
to coordinate care with our office. While hospitalist services are not a part of your membership,
if you are admitted to the hospital, we will work diligently with your hospital providers to
facilitate the best care available.
