ConVocation 2025 Class Submission and Presenter Biography Form
Basic Info:
1. Contact: Classes must be submitted with a valid email address. This is how we will contact you when decisions are made as to which classes were accepted. Please double check the spelling!

2. Submissions: ConVocation staff will accept a maximum of 3 classes and/or rituals given by each presenter in most cases. You are not limited, however, on the number of classes you can submit. 

3. Reimbursement: You have the option of being reimbursed at a rate of $30 per class. Please note, reimbursement may not be split between more than 3 presenters. Reimbursement will not exceed the amount paid for registration. Reimbursements will be issued Sunday of the event.

4. Arrival: All presenters should pick up their packets from the Pre-Registration line on the day they arrive or the first day of the event.
