FMC Sportsman's Club                                     (Waiting List Sign-Up form for New Applicant's)
Membership waiting list sign up form.  Sign-up for the next season will be open from January thru April 10th.  After May 1st the Board of Directors will vote on how many new members will be allowed to join the club.  Everyone will be notified by email regardless of selection before June 1st.  After April 10th we will be taking names for the membership waiting list all year long, the board will vote on new members as needed to keep membership full.  Thank you for your interest in our club and we hope to see you soon!
