ACMS Parent Relay Sign Up
Parents of Andover Middle School students, if you would like to receive weekly reports on how your child is using the Internet, please use this form to request access to your child's relay information. Please list the e-mail address for the ACMS student that matches the name of the parent/guardian information in Power School. Additionally, you must know your student's Andover student e-mail address (this will serve as a security checkpoint).
PLEASE NOTE: Information provided in this form will be cross-checked with the information we have in Power School. If you are not the legal parent/guardian or e-mail information does not match parent information, access will be denied.
