Please take a moment to look over these guidelines for your Teacher Courtesy Card.

Teacher Cards are valid until May 31st. All materials are due back at this time.
Teacher Cards are intended for classroom use only.
Teacher Cards are valid only at the Park Ridge Public Library.
Teachers are responsible for late fees and damaged item fees accrued on their card.
Up to 75 items may be checked out on the card at any given time.
Most items will check-out for 6 weeks.
On our website (www.parkridgelibrary.org) you may log-in and use your Teacher Card to renew eligible items and place holds. Your default password is the last 4-digits of the phone number you registered with.
Due to the licensing agreements for our online databases, Teacher Cards may not be used to access online databases for classroom use. Individual research by teachers is permitted.
