INSTRUCTIONS

- Interested candidates are advised to collect Bank Challan from Department of  IT, LUMHS Jamshoro, before filling the form; as bank Challan number is required during online registration process.
- NOC from the concerned Head of Department, Passport Size Photograph and Bank Challan in original must be submitted on the first day of workshop failing which next registered candidate will be accommodated.
- Registration of workshop is strictly on first come first served basis due to limited seats.
- Course material, refreshment, workshop certificate and group photo will be provided to each candidate during workshop.
- Participants will be informed through a phone call about their confirmation after verification regarding Challan's submission from Bank.
