Welcome to the toolkit survey. We consider the 1st edition a starting point. We ask our international community of educators to use the materials freely but also share feedback as well as other tools or examples of preventative approaches that we can add to this open education resource. This questionnaire is designed to collect stories of successes or challenges that can be added to the publication. Our intention is to review this survey, generate a report of the data collected and update the toolkit on an annual basis.
