* I understand and agree that I am volunteering my time, home, and services and will not be compensated by Operation Education Animal Rescue by any means. I also understand that I may be removed from this position according to the organization's rules and procedures at any time.
Any major decisions regarding the foster animal(s) in my care including but not limited to: food change, veterinarian care, moving, introducing another animal into the home, etc. should be approved by Operation Education prior to implementation.
Periodic home visits to our foster homes & animals are an integral part of this organization. If you are approved as a foster home and an animal is placed with you, representatives will schedule these periodic visits in conjunction with your schedule, to the best of their ability. If having a representative visit your home will be an issue, please make us aware before taking an animal.
