Event Registration Form for the International Day of Clean Air for blue skies
This form should be completed separately for each proposed event or activity (with different Email IDs) being held for the observance of the International Day of Clean Air for blue skies on 7 September 2022. The theme for the Day this year is 'The Air We Share'' (#TheAirWeShare, #WorldCleanAirDay) based on the transboundary nature of air pollution and emphasising the need for collective accountability and action. Air pollution knows no national borders and is all pervasive. The theme highlights this while reminding people that any damage to our atmosphere, or actions that contribute to exacerbating critical issues (like climate change, ecosystem degradation and other forms of pollution), is a cross we all collectively bear. We need to be more mindful not only for ourselves, but for all humanity. No nation or people are exempt from its effects, and it is our collective responsibility to act now. Organise activities to partake in the observance this year and be a part of the movement.
Please submit your planned events/activities in line with the mandate for the Day and the theme.
We would like to take note of all those participated in the launch and subsequent observances of the World Clean Air Day over the last two years (you can access the reports on the Day's performance on https://www.cleanairblueskies.org/about/report)  and wish to encourage your participation this year as well and make it a resounding success.

All relevant events will be featured on www.cleanairblueskies.org. For enquiries send an email to sonia.bindra@un.org and claudia.hihetah@un.org.
