Using this form, please note your seat requests for Rosh Hashana/Yom Kippur.  Seats for full members are included with annual membership of $950. Seats for guests and extended family of members (including parents, in-laws, siblings, etc.) are $100 each per Yom Tov; and $150 for both Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur together.  Seats for associate members or non-members are $150 each per Yom Tov and $250 for both Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.

To enable sufficient spacing, similar to last year, we plan to open the wall between the Shul and the Simcha Hall and extend the ezras nashim into the Simcha Hall.  At this time, we are accepting reservations for adults and children in fourth grade or older who will sit in Shul for all or a significant part of davening.  Given the limited space, we ask everyone to be thoughtful about their reservation requests.
