    Dates & Cost

    July 30th - August 4th, 2017 $490 per person Children 9 and under are $310. Registration and $100 per person non-refundable deposit is due by May 1st, 2017. Cost includes everything you need for the week - lodging, most meals, pre-trip training, a t-shirt, and more. Cost does not include transportation, extra project money & a few meals while out-and-about.

    Transportation

    Families are responsible for their own transportation to San Diego, CA, and must arrive in San Diego by 1pm on July 30th. If you are interested in sharing the cost of a rental van for the week, please let us know. We are happy to secure vans for the group.

    Boundaries & Expectations

    In order to make this trip the best experience for you and everyone else who is going, there are some expectations everyone will need to commit to. These expectations are necessary to ensure a fun, safe and effective trip. During the trip, each individual will be expected to hold to the following: - Appropriate contact with other individuals on the trip - No drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or firearms - No men in women's dorm and vice versa - An adult must always be with their children outside the “campground.” - The use of electronic devices should be limited by adults and are not permitted for children under 18 years of age (cell phones, I-pods, PSPs, etc.). Non-phone cameras are the only exception. - It is important to be a team player while on this trip. - An attitude of flexibility (Flexico Mexico) If it is found that a participant has not fulfilled these expectations, they may be asked to return home at their own expense.

    Pre-Trip Meeting

    There will be one MANDATORY pre-trip meeting for all participants.
    This is a required question
