2020 Registration Form
Hello Everyone,

Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic and recommended measures for social distancing, we as a family have decided to cancel the Passthepuck4ALZ hockey tournament scheduled for May 2, 2020.

While this breaks my heart to have to cancel such an awesome event we feel this is in the best interest of our supporters volunteers and you the players and your teams. As per the CDC recommendation
( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirous/2019-ncov/community/index.html) events that consist of 50 people or more should be canceled or postponed for the next 8 weeks. This is a recommendation that we are taking very seriously as things are changing on a day to day and even hour to hour basis. Health is our number one priority.

1)All teams that have paid will be refunded in full in the next 48 hours.
2)Teams that have raised money so far for the VIP challenge we will add this total to your VIP running total for next. We thank you for your support and fundraising.
