Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

Here is the online Operation Snowball student registration form.  All forms require a payment option or scholarship request, and will be verified with a phone call to the parent to confirm. Thanks for applying!

OPERATION SNOWBALL IS:
• Being held October 20-22, 2017 at Aldo Leopold School in Green Bay.  Students will need their own transportation to and from the event; there are no buses.
• A weekend retreat sponsored by the Green Bay Area Public School District's Operation Snowball Club, in cooperation with  Green Bay Operation Snowball, Inc., an independent non- profit community organization dedicated to the belief that that with accurate information and understanding of oneself, every person has the ability to make sound decisions.
• A program focusing on drug/alcohol prevention through education and emotional growth by promoting personal and social development. It is NOT a “treatment” program in any way.
• Youth-oriented and youth-centered but is open to both youth and adults who share a common purpose and commitment to improving the quality of life for today’s teens.
• A program emphasizing teens helping teens.
• Not affiliated with any religious organization or denomination
