Thank you for your interest in the Rhea Lana's of Overland Park VIP Program!!  Please take a moment to fill out the VIP application. 

Our VIP Consignors make 35% on their items and earn a pass to shop early at the event! There is a $12 consignor fee to participate. All Consignors, VIP or otherwise, pay this one $12 fee per Consignor Code. 

A VIP Processor coordinates with a VIP Consignor to pick up their items, then tags the items, enters them, and transports them to the event.  

We will fill our openings via Signup Genius and begin a waiting list once the program is full. A link to the sign up is provided once you've clicked finished on this form. Your processor will be in touch ASAP. Thank you in advance!

The VIP service is for consignors who are consigning very high quality items in great condition. Please mark if either or both apply to proceed.

I am consigning mostly name brand or premium clothing brand items like Nike, Under Armour, Gap, Patagonia, North Face, Beaufort Bonnet, Crew Cuts, Mini Boden, Vineyard Vines, Matilda Jane, Lilly Pulitzer, with some other brands as well, like Carters and Cat &Jack.

I am consigning TOP SELLERS like Toys, Baby Equipment, Nursery Furniture, and Outdoor Toys

If you will be consigning clothing, please list the general size range.

How much do you have? Don't forget your toys, books, baby gear, and big outdoor toys! They are top sellers and will add to your check! Totes or containers WILL NOT be returned to you. (Please note, we ask that you consign at least 50 items. The only exception is if you are consigning larger items like baby gear, furniture, outdoor toys, ride-on toys, etc.).

I understand that my items will be priced at 25%-35% of retail prices and the usual consignor fee of $12 will be deducted from my earnings per 200 items consigned.

In addition to accepting only very nice items, it is ESSENTIAL that your items are WASHED and SORTED before pick up. I also understand the VIP program is not meant for "leftovers" from garage sales/etc.

“Bags of Grace”: My VIP Processor will use TWO Target or other Grocery store plastic bags as a standard for my “Bags of Grace”. Any unacceptable items will be placed in the bag. If all of my rejected items fit inside the bags, I will not incur an additional fee. However, if the 2 bags will not hold all of my rejected items, I will be assessed a $15 Excessive Sorting fee (taken out of my Consignor check).

We only accept cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, as long as it has not been recalled. Please make sure you have all of the bolts and hardware for the crib and it is in great condition.

Clothing Limits:

**Newborn and Infant Clothing: There is a 100 HANGER LIMIT for sizes NEWBORN TO 12 MONTHS. This limit includes sizes up through 12-18 months only of both genders or gender neutral items combined. VIP Processors are able to bundle infant sizes with 2-4 hangers per item as long as all items are similar and the same size. Please pick out your best within season/acceptable items. Infants grow quickly and therefore we receive an abundance of these sizes.

**Teen Clothing: There is a 15 HANGER LIMIT PER GENDER for sizes 12 and up. Please pick out your best within season/acceptable items.

**Maternity Clothing: There is a 15 HANGER LIMIT FOR MATERNITY WEAR. Please pick out your best within season/acceptable items.
