GTP is booking in September + October
GTP will be booking 2 months in advance to try and keep a regular schedule for both the instructors and athletes. When filling out the form, please list all availability as we work hard on puzzling together the schedule. If you can make early appointment times, that does help us a bit!
Please keep in mind that now that the kids are back in school our hours have changed and scheduling becomes much harder. With fall ball, we also are limited to Mon-Fri so space and times are tight. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. The winter is easier to schedule because we have the 7 days of the week.
Below are the instructors' availability. Please note this can change due to scheduling conflicts with work and or space. Thank you for your patience.
Coach Jackie - Monday - Friday, 9am to 9pm
Coach Jenna - TBD
Coach Donnie - Mondays and Tuesdays 4-7pm
Coach Ashleigh - Mon, Tues, Wednesday 5-8pm
Coach Daniel - TBD
Coach Danae - Wednesdays after 5-9pm
Coach Julia - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 5-9pm
Coach Sierra - Mondays and Wednesdays 7-9pm
Coach Danielle - she will be taking off Sept/Oct due to her coaching schedule for soccer - we will miss her!
Coach Barb - Fridays 4:30-8pm
Once booked, you will receive a copy of your schedule. You should always receive a confirmation text and email unless you have opted out. Please let me know if you do not receive these. I can help adjust your account.
